SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping on every order Every order ships free, with tracking.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number.

Delivery time Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after they ship. During busy periods like holidays and big sales, delivery can take a few extra days. Your massager ships from our fulfillment partner's warehouse, and a Gift Duo may sometimes arrive in separate packages.

Tracking your order Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to start showing updates, so don't worry if it looks quiet at first.

Shipping address Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away. We can update it as long as your order hasn't shipped. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we'll always try to help.

Where we ship We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost or damaged packages If your package is lost, stuck in transit, or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@unwynd.shop and we'll reship your order or refund you. See our Refund Policy for details.
