Yes. There are two heat settings: 40°C (104°F) for gentle warmth and 45°C (113°F) when you need a little more.
How strong is the massage?
There are 3 speeds, from a gentle knead to a firm one. If you're new to massagers, start low and work up.
Is it loud?
Nope. A quiet brushless motor means you can use it while watching a show or working.
How heavy is it?
Just 714g, about the weight of a water bottle.
Where can I use it?
It's made for your neck and shoulders, but it also works on your back, waist, arms, calves, and thighs.
How do I wear it?
Rest it on one shoulder with the fingers facing your neck, then clip the strap across your back (or hold the straps in front). Pick a speed and heat level, and let the built-in timer end the session for you.
How long is each session?
Each session runs for 10 minutes, then the massager turns off on its own, so you can relax without watching the clock.
How long does the battery last?
A full charge gives you about 70–80 minutes of use, which is roughly 7 sessions.
How do I charge it?
Plug it in with the included cable. A full charge takes about 3 hours. It's cordless and rechargeable, so you can use it anywhere once it's charged.
How do I clean it?
Turn it off and unplug it, then wipe the silicone fingers and body with a slightly damp cloth. Don't submerge it in water.
Is it safe for everyone?
It's a comfort and relaxation device, not a medical device. If you're pregnant, have a pacemaker, a medical condition, or a recent injury, check with your doctor first. Don't use the heat while sleeping.
