Products and health information
Unwynd massagers are personal comfort and relaxation devices. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Please read the included instructions before use, and talk to a doctor before using a massager if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, have a medical condition, a recent injury, or reduced sensitivity to heat. Don't use the heat function while sleeping or on broken or irritated skin. Stop using the product if you feel pain or discomfort.
Product descriptions and pricing
We work hard to describe and show our products accurately, but colors can look slightly different on different screens, and small design details can change between production batches. Prices, offers, and availability can change at any time. If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you.
Orders and payment
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there's a pricing error. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full. You agree to give us accurate purchase information. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we never see or store your full card details.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.
Reviews and content you share
If you submit a review, photo, or other content, you confirm that it's yours, that it's honest, and that it doesn't break any law or anyone else's rights. You give us permission to display it on our site and in our marketing. We may remove content at our discretion.

The content on this site, including text, images, graphics, and our logo, belongs to Unwynd or is used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse it without our written permission.
Third-party services
Our store runs on Shopify and uses other trusted third-party services, like payment processors and shipping carriers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Unwynd isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
